What To Expect

All Spa reservations are by appointment only. No guarantee for walk-in services.

We are currently experiencing higher call volume, we appreciate your kindness and patience. Please note, limited space is available. 

Upon arrival to The Spa, you will be greeted by our Spa concierge team for check-in. For first visits, clients will complete a spa questionnaire to help us learn more about you, and the areas you would like us to focus on (i.e. dry skin, massage specific troublesome areas etc.). Once completed, you can enjoy some time relaxing in the Spa Lounge before your Spa treatment. Next, you will be introduced to your Spa therapist, and they will discuss with you the plan for your Spa service. Once your service is completed, you can continue to relax in our Spa Lounge, and treat yourself to a complementary coffee or tea! Our Spa concierge team member will proceed with checkout procedures, and if you wish, book your next service.

  • Public and workplace safety is our top priority.
  • Our safety and sanitizing procedures will meet or exceed all provincial, local and regulatory
    guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene
  • Staff who feel ill or have a fever will be asked to stay at home and self-isolate.
  • Full sanitizing of all treatment spaces including linens will be completed between each service and one time use supplies will be used where applicable.
