Spa Policy

1. Services Rendered:
   • Once services have been completed, all sales are considered final.
   • Refunds are not available for services that have already been rendered.
2. Gift Card and Gift Certificate Purchases
   • Gift Card and Gift Certificate sales and purchases are final, and non-refundable.
   • For clients booking using gift cards or certificates as payment for their services: Please bring the physical card, or gift certificate on the day of your services to process your billing. Failure to present these items may require us to charge a credit card/debit/or cash for any services rendered. 
3. Client Satisfaction
   • If you are ever unsatisfied with your service, please notify the spa manager before leaving The Spa so we can address your concerns immediately.
   • We are committed to making things right, and when appropriate, may offer a partial credit or discount toward a future service as a gesture of goodwill. This will be at the discretion of the management team at The Spa.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
   • Cancellations and rescheduling require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of service date will be subject to a 50% non-refundable fee for the package/services booked.
5. Appointments for Minors
   • Please Note that Spa Services are for ages 16+ , Parental Consent Required For Minors
6. Gratuities
   • Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are left at the client’s discretion.
7. Staff Safety
   • Inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. Any behaviour that affects the safety or wellbeing of our staff will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
